Can I shop in-store?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical shop at this time. Hopefully this will change in the near future, as we look for a suitable venue. The more support we get from our amazing users, the sooner we will achieve our ultimate goal of having a space, where we can socialise and share our love of this amazing hobby.  

 

Can I use a discount code in the shop?

If you receive a discount code, you will have the chance to add it to your order at the checkout screen.  

When will I receive my order?

Orders with the Express Shipping service usually arrive 1-3 working days after being placed*

Orders placed before 1pm will normally arrive next working day by DPD Local** Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following working day. (Working days are Monday to Friday)

*Estimated delivery times for mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
**Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland are served by Royal Mail and will take a day or two longer. 

 

Why does my checkout say 'This order can’t be shipped to your location'?

We only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We are currently unable to ship 'hazardous products' due to postal restrictions, such as: aerosol spray paint, glue, etc.
