Physical Products

If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days. All items are expected to be in a good, new, saleable condition, with all original packaging.

We are unable to cover the return postage of unwanted items.

 All customers have the right to cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be issued after the order has been cancelled or amended. Please allow up to 7 working days for banks to fully process any refunds. After an order has been dispatched, please see returns policy.
